Returns Policy

Customers based in the United States:

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email us at info@tristarsupplyllc.com  to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Electronic parts that have been plugged in may not be returned.

Clearance items are sold as-is and may not be returned or exchanged.

If we cannot resell the returned item as new, we will be unable to offer a refund.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, unless there is a manufacturer defect or we are at fault.

Exchanges
If your item is still in new and unused condition, you may exchange it. You will have to pay the shipping for the item we are exchanging.

International Customers:

You may also return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund but do to customs and paper work required from different countries you will have to pay for shipping back to us.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Most products ship out within 2 days of purchase M-F we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays. If this will take longer it will be listed in the items description. 

All Domestic orders have a free shipping option on orders over $99 note this will be the slowest delivery option available, so if you need it quickly please upgrade your shipping to a service that fits your needs. 

All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes due to some carrier restrictions. You may contact us for a shipping quote to ship an item to a P.O box address. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
